What do I do if I want to sell ribbons in my workplace?
We deliver display boxes with Red Ribbons to your business premises during the week starting November 16 2009. If you're going to sell Red Ribbons through your workplace then ideally there should be a Red Ribbon Coordinator who can encourage colleagues to purchase a ribbon.
If you're going to sell Red Ribbons to customers through your retail outlets and branches it is good to make sure that the
branch or retail manager has been briefed and that staff encourage customers to purchase a ribbon in the lead up to and on World AIDS Day 2009. Then during the week starting Dec 8 2009, we come and pick up the box
as well as the money you’ve raised.
What do I need to do now?
All you need to do is fill in the online registration form. We will also provide you with a fact sheet so you can answer any questions about HIV/AIDS or the Red Ribbon Appeal.
Will my contribution be officially recognised?
Companies, organisations and individuals who have contributed to the 2009 Red Ribbon Appeal will be listed on the ACON website and in special advertisements.
